Professional Experience
Randa Brooks started Pittman & Brooks, P.C. with husband and business partner, Randy Brooks, in 1988. Randa works in all areas of public accounting, including corporate tax, estate planning, mergers and acquisitions, and business valuations.
Professional Activities
Randa is a licensed CPA in the state of Oregon, and a member of the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Randa is also a member of the OSCPA Peer Review Program, where she reviews the work of other CPA firms to ensure they are meeting the quality and standards of the profession.
Education
Randa graduated from Oregon State University in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science in accounting and received her CPA certificate in 1982.
Personal Activities
In her spare time, Randa enjoys spending time with her three children.
